2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 and the relevant regulations regarding the sale and delivery of the products, the qualities and sales prices of which are specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically through the saintdarker.com website belonging to the SELLER.

4. General Provisions

4.1.

BUYER accepts and declares that he/she has been clearly informed by SELLER on saintdarker.com website about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, delivery information and right of withdrawal of the product subject to the contract and that he/she has confirmed this information electronically.


4.2.

The product subject to the contract shall be delivered to the delivery address and the specified person/organization specified by BUYER without exceeding the legal 30-day period.

4.3.

If the product is not available in stock and/or a force majeure event occurs, SELLER shall notify BUYER of this situation. BUYER may use one of the following options: cancel the payment, exchange with a similar product or wait.

4.4.

SELLER cannot be held responsible for any delays, damages or losses experienced by the cargo company during the delivery of the product to BUYER.
 


5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1.

BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.


5.2.

In order to use the right of withdrawal, the product;

  • Its packaging must not be opened,

  • It must not have been used,

  • It must not have lost its saleability.


5.3.

The right of withdrawal notification must be made in writing to info@saintdarker.com.


5.4.

In return transactions;

  • The cargo cost belongs to BUYER unless otherwise stated.

  • The product price will be returned to BUYER within 14 days at the latest after the right of withdrawal is used properly.


5.5.

Products that cannot be returned:

  • Products specially prepared in accordance with the personal wishes of the BUYER

  • Products that can deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date may be exceeded

  • Opened coffee or food products (if the packaging has been opened)

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for these products.


6. Price and Payment

6.1.

The sales price of the products and any additional costs (shipping, tax) are clearly stated to the BUYER on saintdarker.com.


6.2.

Payment is collected by credit card or money transfer at the time of order. Otherwise, the order will not be processed.


7. Disputes and Applicable Law

7.1.

In disputes that may arise from this contract, the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized according to the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Trade.


7.2.

This contract is subject to Turkish law.


8. Enforcement

This contract is deemed to have been accepted and entered into force electronically by the BUYER when the order is placed via saintdarker.com. A copy of the contract can be accessed via saintdarker.com.​
