As Saint Darker, our priorities are to deliver the products you order quickly and safely and to provide a transparent process in your return transactions. Delivery, right of withdrawal, return and exchange conditions are listed below.
1. Delivery Conditions
1.1. Order Confirmation and Shipping Time

Your order is processed after payment confirmation is received.

Shipping time is within 1–5 business days depending on stock status.

This period may be extended due to busy campaign periods.
1.2. Delivery Address and Responsibility

Your orders are sent to the delivery address entered into the system.

Saint Darker is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete address notification.

Products are sent through contracted shipping companies.
1.3. Delivery Fee

Shipping is free for orders over 500 TL.

For orders under 500 TL, the shipping fee will be reflected in the basket during payment.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
2.1. Your Legal Rights
According to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you can use your right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason.
2.2. Terms of Use of Right of Withdrawal

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

In hygiene and food products (e.g. coffee), if the packaging is opened, returns will not be accepted.

The right of withdrawal notification must be made in writing to info@saintdarker.com.
3. Return Procedure and Conditions
3.1. Return Process

The right of withdrawal notification is sent via e-mail.

After our approval, the product is sent to us by the contracted cargo company or PTT.
-
The refund will be made within 14 days after the product reaches us.
3.2. Return Address

3.3. Return Shipping Fee

If the product is faulty, damaged or sent incorrectly, the return shipping fee will be covered by Saint Darker.

In returns based on the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.
4. Exchange Conditions
Product exchange is not possible at the moment. If you wish, you can return the product and place another order.
5. Unacceptable Returns
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

If the product has been consumed or its packaging has been opened (food/hygiene products)

In personalized products

If the product is damaged or missing and this is due to the buyer

If the legal period of 14 days is exceeded
6. Refund

The refund will be made with the same method you used to make the payment (credit card/money transfer).

Depending on your bank, it may take 1–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
